Project Costing Overview

Use Project Costing to track the Costs associated with Projects.

Access Projects- View details on existing Projects or create a new Project.

Access Work Codes- Accumulates and tracks cost for the Project. See Admin > Installation > Access Parameters > PC to establish the title for this menu.

Access Estimators- Referenced with each Project

Use Enter Project Capitalization to enter the amount Project Costs will be Capitalized.

Enter Project Transactions- Use to record an error correction for an entered expense or to record a transaction outside of Merchant Ag FIN.

 

Available Reports

	Audit Trail- Review the TTRs enter for Projects by using the PC Audit Trail report.
	Costing Detail- Create Summary or Detail reports for Project Costing.
	Project List- Create a report listing all Projects with Cost and Capitalization.
	Project Summary by Location- Create a report containing Summary information about Project Costing Projects for all or one Location.
